The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that allowed companies in the USA to successfully adopt Appreciative Inquiry.
Adoption is defined as the decision to use, or continue to use, an innovation such as Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Adoption can occur for many reasons like culture, leadership, business results, etc. etc.
By understanding the factors of successful adoption of Appreciative Inquiry, companies and individuals will be better positioned to have similar life giving and life amplifying experiences with AI themselves!
We need to gather stories of organizations that successfully adopted Appreciative Inquiry. It starts out by finding out who and with what organization! Please fill out the Qualtics Survey for next steps!
